To hold the door in place, push it against the holder until the hook is engaged on the holding bracket. Actuating the hook while simultaneously pressing the door against the holder disengages the holding mode.
Mount the door holder on the floor with two screws at the desired arresting point, which should be the furthest possible distance from the door hinge. Fix the holding bracket to the door at the corresponding position.
